About Us

Madeline Richmond obtained her undergraduate and masters degrees in England.  She obtained her law degree from the University of Houston, Texas in 1994 and is licensed to practice in all courts in Texas (1994), all courts in Mississippi (1995) and immigration courts throughout the U.S. She is a member of the Texas and Mississippi Bars and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  An immigrant herself, and married to the son of a Mexican-American and a Chinese immigrant,  she has first-hand experience of the U. S. immigration process. In addition, Madeline has lived and worked in a number of countries and continents,  in large multi-national organizations and in small businesses. She understands clients' concerns and is dedicated to securing the best outcome for her clients.

Madeline has extensive family law experience, representing clients in contested and uncontested divorces, child custody, visitation and child support matters, contempt of court proceedings, adoptions and termination of parental rights. In addition, Madeline has years of experience as a Court appointed Guardian ad Litem, investigating allegations of abuse and neglect and representing the best interests of children and in conservatorship and commitment matters, the best interests of  vulnerable adults.

Madeline is a naturalized United States Citizen. She understands the hopes and dreams of her clients and also their concerns . Having  direct experience of the process herself she is able to guide her clients through the intricacies of  the process from beginning to end.  A member in good standing of the Texas and Mississippi Bar Associations and the  American Immigration Lawyers Association, Madeline is able to practice in immigration courts throughout the USA.
